Drinking/Binge drinking/Stopping drinking?!
What are your feelings on drinking/not drinking/binge drinking?
Answers: I feel great after a week without drinking alcohol, but for the first few days after I've been drinking, I kind of feel crappy ... does anyone else get this? I don't drink every day - more like every week. When I drink I do not excersize any moderation and end up hungover as hell. I really like drinking but enjoy the first stages of tipsiness ratherthen the out-of-mindness after a good few drinks. I'm going to start drinking water in between drinks to make that better (I drink fast).

I just love drinking so much that I falling asleep anywhere, and wake up not knowing where I am. I love the feeling of not knowing what I did the night before of with who. I great thing is that I have never been late for work. I always wake up at 5am....weird huh
I'm with you! However, not drinking makes me feel boring. And there's nothing worse than being the most sober person at a party because that's just no fun and you end up being the person who cleans up after everybody else. Everybody in a group needs to be about the same level of drunk and I don't mean everyone should be trashed, but everyone should be at that level of tipsy that's fun!
I drink everyday and yes I know I have to be to work the next day and Im so tired when I got to bed @ 10 @ night and get up at 6 in the morn. When I dont drink I cant get right out of bed and be fully refreshed. Drinkning make me tired and late for work, then I feel a lot more healthier when I dont drink, but I enjoy drinkning too. I can drink a bottle of henny everyday for 6 months straight but I am trying to gain weight and me drinkning so much is not helping.
I love drinking but it has got me into trouble in the past. I now realize it had got out of control so now I watch how I drink. Still drink over the advised limit for a female but also ensure I don't wake up thinking " Oh my God" or let it effect my work.
To be honest, I think when you have to watch what your doing in terms of drinking and are trying new things to prevent over drinking, there is an underlying problem. Normal people don't question their drinking unless some sort of alarm bell is ringing!!!
When I don't drink I have so much energy. However, this is about on the second or third day of not drinking. I do all those jobs I've been putting off and go to the gym.
I think the fact you have submitted a question on your drinking makes you aware of the dangers. I hope you reach a sensible approach to your limits and I wish to toast you a healthy and happy life!!!
To try limiting yourself, determine how many drinks it usually takes you to get to your happy place, but before you are drunk. Set that as your limit - in other words, spend only as much money, including tips, to get the job done. If you only allow yourself a specific amount of money designated as "drinking money", then you might be less likely to overindulge. If you can control your spending on alcohol, that might help to control overdrinking.
This might not solve your problems completely, but it might help you out a little with your situation.
