Monty Python's Holy Ail Ale; has anyone else tried it?!

Question: And, what did you think of it? I thought it was a pretty decent beer, but that's just me.

I've had it once, and i still have the bottle on display. It wasn't bad at all. Definitely worth the novelty. Great novelty, decent beer. Keep the bottle!

had it...is good...but a lot better is out there..

It wasn't bad. It wasn't the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Yeah, pretty good.

Never heard of it. Who sells it?

I think given it's price it isn't much more than a novelty but I wouldn't go as far as to say it's bad. There's far better beers in the world for $2-5 a bottle, Coniston's Bluebird Bitter comes to mind.

It was OK at best. I recommend having it at least once simply for the joy that drinking a beer named after Monty Python brings.

A nice follow up or transition beer if you need to move from one style to another and don't want to shock your palette to much.
