Is it hard to get a licence for sale of home made liqures?
Is it ok to use for distilation pot made by cuper (Cuprum)??

Answers:
Every place is a different. Nobody can answer you question correctly without knowing what country you're seeking to be licensed in...it makes all the difference in the world.

That said, you can always use google to look up distilling laws in your country...in the US they can be found here: http://ttb.gov

Finally, if you're making/using a still for beverage alcohol, copper is what you need to use. There are chemical reactions with the copper that do not occur with any other metal during the distillation process. Without these reactions, a very poor quality spirit is produced.
