I want to mail beer to a friend in Utah. Is it legal to send beer through UPS?!

Question:

I want to mail beer to a friend in Utah. Is it legal to send beer through UPS?

Answers:
It's actually illegal to send alcohol through the mail without the proper distributing permits.

But people do it all the time anyway. You just have to pack it REAL well and when they ask you if you're sending anything flamable, liquid or any kind of contraband, you basically have to lie and say no.

i have gotten wine in the mail, so i am assuming it is.

i think so...it's just like sending wine. they'll charge you based on weight and it might cost more cause it fragile.

yes UPS and Fed EX

Absolutely! As long as its Coors light, since it contains no alcohol whatsoever. It does, however, contain human urine.
Since Coors light contains no alcohol or caffiene, Mormons will LOVE it. Until they rise up and smash the establishment that dictates missionaries ride bicycles...**** the man!

You may want to check the UPS website, I think there are states that you cannot ship beer to. I'd assume that Utah is one of them. I have been to some beer websites that advertise they ship nationwide, so it must be possible.

I have received beer through UPS, it is expensive to ship because it is heavy. FedEx and DHL sometimes have better shipping rates, you may want to try them too.

give me i will give it to him.
