Listerine drunkedness?!

Question: Ok, so at parties my friend always brings alcohol, but usualy hogs it to himself, and lets me have like 2 shots usualy. After this i only feel a bit of a buzz, and usualy get a beer to go with it. I feel more of a buzz, but sometimes I wanna get drunker, but dont wanna buy my own alcohol each time (hehe im cheap). So, if i took like 1 sip of listerine after/in between my 2 shots and a beer, will that make me drunker/sicker? I mean its only 1 sip, but usualy 1 sip of vodka makes me feel a bigger buzz too, but i also dont wanna get sick. Any good answers? (o and no stupid answerers who just want featured answer, plz have some knowledge about what ur talking about, either from experience or reading online) tyvm

Heh. Actually, there was this weird lady in this little town I used to live in, and she'd buy Listerine to get drunk. I don't know from personal experience, but that lady was pretty out of it most of the time. I still wouldn't recommend it, though; I don't know how much of a buzz you'll get with just a sip(though between drinks it should be enough), and I don't know the side effects. Just don't experiment too much, and don't get carried away; I neither want (nor should need) to lecture you on alcohol/drug abuse, but if you start jumping up on tables and trying to fly toward the pretty colors, or don't know why you didn't wake up on your own bed, you should take that as a hint to go back to regular alcohol.
Happy partying. ;)

No alcohol in listerine

yuck. listerine is gross. when my dad was a kid, he did stuff like that. says he doesnt recommend it, says baking vanilla (not imitation) and cologne not recommended either. says there nothing like the smell when it comes back up.

Well, it is common knowledge that mouthwash and cough medicines, among other common items contain alcohol, it is usually the skid row drunks that are trying to obtain their "fix" from these things as well as dumb young kids who don't know squat about squat. I tend to think you are in the dumb kid group.
You sound well on your way to being an alcoholic being as you seem to think about how to get the best buzz 24/7. You are setting yourself up to be a failure in life if alcohol is already playing this big of a part in it.
When you turn 21 you're legal to drink, and it is no big whoop, you'll spend the majority of your life being legal. Why not concentrate on acting your age?

P.S. No one wants a drunk lifeguard

ADDITIONAL
I hate to break it to you kid, but you do NOT have a high intelligence. Your spelling, writing, and grammar alone tell me that.

drinking Listerine to get drunk will make you really sick. So will drinking cooking wine, and NyQuil. Listerine is not meant to be drunk. It's not poison, but you should not drink it. Cooking wine has alcohol, but also lots of salt. NyQuil has other stuff besides alcohol, and will make you sick if you thy to get high on it.
Quit being such a cheapskate, and buy a good bottle of hard liqueur. Plus, trust me, all your friends think you are cheap also. They know.

Please, It's stupid wanting to get drunk every time. Your friend doesn't probably want to waste anymore money on buying drinks his friends are going to slurp down in 15 minutes.

I don't recommend you swallow sips of Listerine, you can either get poisoned with it, or have severe stomach cramps. It's not healthy, Listerine its a dental health liquid and its not to be swallowed, and much less used to get drunk.

If you really want to get drunk, buy cheap liquors yourself.
