What's your favorite type of wine?!

Question: What is everyone's favorite type of wine? I'm not a wine expert by any means but I've been to a couple tastings and what not and I always seem to prefer Chiraz. It's fruity but not too sweet or heavy (I know there are better words for it but like I said, I'm not an expert). I'm not a big fan of whites. I think I would go with pinot grigio for my preference though.

reisling

Beaujolais is my favorite.

I love Kirschwein and Pflaumenwein. (Cherry wine and plum wine, from Germany). So sweet and yummy!

Oh my gosh, a favorite, hmmmm. There are so many good ones out there. For reds, I enjoy syrah or merlot or a good cabernet. For whites, I like pinot grigio, chardonnay, reisling or piesporter. Kind of depends on what, if anything, I am eating with it.

all wine, havent had a bad one yet

Those looking for something that isn't white and dry are advised to check out Rosa Regale Brachetto d'Acqui 2000. It's a deep cranberry colored wine that has a hefty starwberry nose and luscious fruit flavors. With chocolate this is a wine to die for ($23; Rating ***3/4).

This is my absolute favorite!!!! Its a sparkling wine that goes down real smooth!

Niebaum-Coppola Rubicon cask cabernet Sauvignon or zin.
