What is the difference between pear cider and perry?!

Question: eNone. They just thought pear cider would sell better than perry. A few years ago in Australia, they could`nt sell pilchards. They renamed them Cornish Sardines. People were queueing for them. C3PO and Guitar Geek are both talking crap.
