How many glasses are in a bottle of champagne?!

Question:

How many glasses are in a bottle of champagne?

Answers:
Well bottles and glasses vary. The bottle should tell you how many fluid onz.Use an empty glass and fill 3 parts full.Pour the water into a measureing cup.Divide this amount by bottle content and you'll have a pretty good idea of how many glasses

about 6-8

Jeraboam, magnum, split ? Perhaps Nebechadnezer?

Different size bottles...

The standard bottle size = 750ml
The accepted "champagne glass" size = 125ml
This give 6 glasses per bottle
And at 25ml per sip = 5 toasts per glass

There is however a lot of variation in glasses shapes and sizes and you can choose the style that works for you. Some catering companies use smaller glasses to get more milage per bottle but if it is used for a serious of toasts at a ceremony, some people run out and it don't reflect well on the host.

what is the size of the champagne bottle ?
