Has anyone hear about "www.wine.com"?
Answers:
They have been around since the dot com gold rush (1999). The company that originally had the domain went belly up with the dot com crash and a surviving competitor picked up some of the remaining assets, but most importantly, the domain name. I don't remember the name they had prior to getting the wine.com domain.
They have survived for at least eight years now, and claim to be the #1 wine store on the internet.
I haven't made a purchase from them, so can't give you any guidance there.
