Sangria for sure. It's refreshing and light. Lemonade, red wine, some cointreau and chopped apples and oranges.

I love Red Stripe beer (much better than corona).
A nice ice cold Pabst Blue Ribbon beer while sitting out on a patio somewhere basking in the sun.

I would personally suggest either mimosas or mojitos...both very light bubbly drinks that bring to mind the carefree-ness of spring.
