How do YOU beat hangovers?!

Question: I have found that if I chug a bunch of water in the morning, that I'm not really hungover anymore. Pretty nifty huh?

Seeing as hangovers are mostly caused by dehydration.

It depends what kind of hangover:

Light Hangover inc Headache - Lie in, water and asprin, shower, then KFC!!!!!

Huge hangover - Nothing but water! Dont move round to much other than running to the bathroom to throw up!!! Then KFC!!!!

;-)

I don't get drunk.

If I do drink I drink a ton of water before I go to sleep and wake up hangover-free.

Water....Water....More Water....and More Water!!! Oh and a greasy cheeseburger!

im pretty luck coz i pretty much dont get em ;]
wellll not the headache bit anyway, i just feel sick in my tummy.
i drink water too! very smart, as you say, its the dehydration!
i have some lemon juice in my water

eat banana. its a powerful medicine for hangovers.

If its a really bad one follow these steps

1. don't move for a bit
2. watch some light tv.....frasier/sex in the city etc etc
3. drink some water (add asprin if needed)
4. drink milky tea
5. Eat bacon buttie
6. After a while have a shower for a long time.

If not so bad

Just drink loads of water - it will pass.

1.some beer
2.smell some lemon
3.get a good night sleep
4.red bull
5.have some salt

Bowl of oatmeal works everytime for me. I think it soaks up the remaining alcohol or something.

Milky sweet coffee, wholemeal pitta bread with butter and marmite, and then later something really greasy like a nice burger or fried chicken.

drink 8 ounces after every other beer, and take 2 tylenol and 2 tums before you go to bed
