not the part about bieng drunk but like, what happens that u seem drunk... cause i drank tequilla today( i know its bad still sort of am) and my friends said my eyes turned sort of red....

Yeah, you can get bloodshot eyes. Your whole face can turn red, sometimes. Too much alcohol will make it very difficult to control your eyes -- sober people will notice this very quickly (you, though, will feel as if the room is spinning... generally you will puke shortly after this). Then, of course, is the possibility of a hangover. Even if you don't have a hangover, a dry mouth is pretty common. Usually takes me a day to get rid of that.

the dehydration effects of alcohol can cause your eyes to be red.. dont worry though if you are not drunk it isnt going to hurt you.
Dehydration is a big one with alcohol, generally it helps to drink a lot of water if you're drinking. Not only will you feel better on the night, it will reduce your hangover too.
It's also worth mentioning long term consequences such as brain damage. Drink in moderation. Trust me...
