Mine is a cottage loaf toasted, rubbed with garlic, drizzled with virgin olive oil, then spread with soft squashed tomato. "Real Spanish toast" Oh and I might have a drink as well.!!!
seeing as tomorrow may possibly be the drunkest day of my life, i am "resting the horses" tonight as they say... but enjoy.
P.S. I am starting drinking tomorrow at 6 AM.
