I would call the beer distibuter and ask,and explain,they could probably order it for you as long as you pay up front for the product and the shipping,cause they can they have the licence.
if you're talking about a keg, most grocery stores sell them but keep them in storage, you have to ask for them.. the 40oz bottles are on the top shelf of the beer isle usually
