The chances of getting all heads or all tails on a two-sided coin are
2*[(1/2)^7].

Which basically means 2/128, which is 1 in 64 chance of it happening.

So in the long run, or maybe even in the short run, you'd definitely lose. You'd get about 50 dollars back for every 64 you spend (if you play long enough that's the trend that might probably be observed).
