What is your favorite Dark Beer?!

Question:

What is your favorite Dark Beer?

Answers:
has to be the new Sam Adams Honey Porter or Sam Adams Black Lager, really really good stuff.

I like Blue Moon, it is a wheat ale.. very tasty

Speight's Old Dark.

I like Dogfish head's Chicory Stout

I like Spaten Optimator

New castle or a Becks Dark

Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout. I think that has everything you are looking for in a dark beer. Depth, nuance, smoothness.

Then there is Thomas Hardy's Ale. Dense, sweet, and dark, dark, dark. A sipping beer to be sure. I usually drink it out of a cognac snifter.

If you are looking to go affordable, I enjoy Moose Drool. Plenty of gritty dark elements without getting overwhemling (taste-wise or financially) when you have two or three.

Rogue, Dead guy ale.

Oh, so many to choose from! If you're looking for a medium bodied ale, then go with old speckeld hen. That one is a hoppy pint. If you truly want to go dark, then youngs double chocolate stout is delicious! Picture a guinness with a hint of chocolate towards the end. To go the extra mile, try Samuel Smiths Tripple Boch. This one is so dark, light can not pass through it. It comes in a small bottle engraved in gold, and has a cork. The cork is so you can sip it slowly and re-cork to savor later.

All the other answers I've read so far seem like decent choices as well.

Well, except for the Blue Moon choice. That's a good one if you like fruit in your beer.

Michelob Amber Boch, draft preferably.

Singha beer
Kloster beer

Red hose beer

Michelob makes a new dark low carb beer
