Ever had a really good scotch ? Which one ?!

Question:

Ever had a really good scotch ? Which one ?

I thought I was not a scotch drinker. Turns out I'm not a cheap scotch drinker. Once you get another step up from Chivas Regal(I now consider this a cheap scotch), it's a whole new world. I even like a "islay" scotch like Laphroaig . I took a sip a full five minutes ago and it's still warming and I can still taste it. No burn at all, even neat with no ice. What is your favourite top-notch-scotch ? Ever had a really expensive one like johnny walker blue ?

I've been fortunate to have a Johnny Walker Blue but even that does not compare to really good Single Malts. The best Scotch I have ever tasted would have to be a Lagavulin. This is an Islay scotch and is really superb!

The Macallan fine Oak 21yr old (around $ 250 cdn) is by far the most superior scotch I have ever tried.

I can't say I've had JW Blue yet, but the Black and Green labels are very nice. I've even seen mention of a Gold label, as well, but the only listing I could find on the site I checked out listed JW Blue at $190.

Canadian Club Scotch Whisky - yummo - i drink it every day!

McCallan 12 year single malt
