The day after drinking..?!
But every time I go out the next day I become really sad which lasts a few days sometimes a week, do you think its because I've had so much of a good time and then I go back to my normal life where its not as good? does anyone else have this problem?
I've being down since tuesday and its bugging me, 2 week ago I went out on the sunday and I went on holiday the tuesday and I feel down most of the week.
Answers: When I go out drinking I always have a really good time, im a very sociable person and meet lots of new people its fantastic.

alcohol can have a depressing affect on ppl especially if you have problems in your everyday life.
ppl think drinking will help them "feel better. more happier" and usually it does, while youre drinking...yet only to find that the alcohol makes them more depressed/down and out feeling after they drink it.-the next day and a few days after that.
i feel ya there. alcohol makes people temporarily happy...i'm the same way.
sounds like you should take up something other then drinking, unless feeling sad all the time is cool with you
sounds like the answer to this problem is depression. it can be helped with Xanex, but i wouldnt suggest to take the xanex when you go out drinking, you will really regret it. talk to the people around you when you get sad, try and talk it out that helps me sometimes.
