Anyone know of a drink recipe that is comparable to the "Banana Frog" at Senor Frog's?

Well ive never been to senior frogs, but here is a good drink recipe that uses banana liqour, which im sure is in your "banana Frog." The creme de menthe is a green liqour, the "frog" part of the name makes me think that is used for color and kind of a minty taste. the banana part was easy to figure out.
1 shot creme' de banana
1 shot creme' de menthe (green)
1 shot creme de cocoa (clear)
mix in blender with 1-1.5 scoops of ice creme
I dont know if this is the "Banana Frog" but it is a "chick" drink that we make a lot of here at work usually for people around dessert time
I know it looks like theres a lot of alcohol in it, but really the creme liqours are not very strong, I believe theyre around 30 proof (15%)
usually garnished with mint leaf, or slice of banana.
