Although I like mine with a massive slice of pineapple placed onto the side of the glass!
My 2nd favourite then is a Singapore Sling! A lot of places don't have it on the menu because you need Slo Gin and most pubs only have the regular stuff :-)
* 1 part Gin
* 1 part Slo Gin
* 1 part Cherry brandy
* top up Soda water
* 1/2 part Lemon juice
* 1 Lime slice
* dash of Sugar syrup
* lots o' ice!
My boyfriend loves Mojitos, but I'm not sure about drinking all the little pieces of fresh mint! Lol!

Splash of Rose's Lime
Splash of Sweet and Sour
Squeeze of Lemon
One Sugar Packet
Mix together with Ice, shake, strain, and served chilled.

Depends on the time of day,time of year and where I am. An ice cold Bloody Mary is a good early cocktail and a sweet Black Russian is good as a night cap.But if you are stretched out on a sunny beach it's got to be a very very cold Pina .
if you like pina colada you will love mango colada, just substitute the pineapple juice for mango juice and add the puree of one mango .......delish !

For a before dinner cocktail I would go for a very dry Martini. For longing on a hot summer afternoon try a Greyhound, with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. For a fruity drink I like a Mai Tai.
it all depends if its a nice summers day and your sitting in a beer garden then you want a blue lagoon or a ice tea they are so refreshing the ice tea has 5 white spirits in so you will be well on your way after a couple of them. enjoy
