Does the energy drink "Monster" have cocaine in it?!

Question: My friend said that a guy that drunk 3 Monsters a day failed a drug test for cocaine.... Does Monster have cocaine in it? Also, I love Monster, is it good to drink it before I work out? Why do people always say not to drink it? It has a lot of vitamins and stuff in it, and I've had a good healthy heart history.

No... It doesn't have cocaine in it. Cocaine is illegal and they obviously would have been shut down by now and sued out of every penny they had by angry customers.

People say not to drink it because it contains a good dose of caffeine that can give you a short-term energy boost, but most people "crash" after a few hours and feel very tired. The more your body gets used to caffeine, the less boost you'll feel and it won't last as long. You'll eventually have to have caffeine just to feel normal like most Americans who can't get up in the morning without a cup of coffee... and drink it all day long...

Also the sugar isn't good for you... Synthetic vitamins may also be harmful... Many say your body can't use them because they are lacking other things that would be in natural foods along with the vitamins and are necessary for your body to use the vitamins properly.

If your diet is lacking and you feel the need to try some kind of suppliment... I'd look into some of the all natural "green" vitamins or suppliments made from vitamin-rich whole "superfoods".

No. If it did, it would be illegal.
That guy your friend knows probably did cocaine and was denying it. Why else would they drug test him?
Energy drinks are usually full of caffeine and sugar, plus all kinds of crap, which is all bad for you. You don't need vitamins from a beverage. If your diet is balanced, you should be getting all the vitamins you need from the food you eat.
Those energy drinks and vitamin waters are complete scams and rip-offs.

no it doesn't have cocaine because that would be illegal
