Best Drinks to Order at a Bar?!

Question: I absolutly cant stand the taste of beer. I like fancy drinks. martinis, margeritas. that kind of stuff. so i want to know what you think are the ABSOLUTE BEST drinks to have at a bar. I want to know the name and what it taste like. thanks so much

Tom Collins--Vodka, whiskey sour and club soda--tastes like lemonade with a kick. Get it with cherry and lime if you like a lot of drink garnish. Also, my friend loves Amoretto Sours, but I don' t know what they taste like.

I'm not sure if all bars will have it but Chocolate (sometimes called Godiva) Martinis. You can really taste the alcohol though so I hardly drink them. I usually go for Long Islands since if made right you can barely taste the alcohol. I also like boring ole Rum and Coke.
