a little everclear will do the trick without changing the flavor at all, for a punch bowl add like 8 oz. You'll have to do the math from there....

I really love champagne punch.
Just be sure to clear it with your host first, it would be the height of bad manners to go against her wishes and possibly ruin the party for selfish motives.

just put a bunch of LSD in it, its tasteless and you'll all have fun when the couch starts dancing for you.
I'd say Vodka, because it is the most neutral tasting and you can mix vodka with pretty much anything.
I know I'm going to sound like a spoil sport, but spiking the punch is a bad idea. Not everyone can nor want to drink alcohol. People may get seriously pissed at you. Trust me. Why don't you just pre-party and get hammered before going to the party instead of forcing your alcohol beliefs on others.
Go with the coconut rum. It will add a good flavor to the punch, and it is a lot smoother than vodka. Actually, the champagne sounds like a good idea too. Go with the champagne
Punch can be wiht a wine, brandy or rum base.

Buddha Punch Recipe
Serves 25-30
Ingredients:
1 bottle Wine
1/2 cup Curacao
1 cup Rum
1 bottle Champagne
1 cup orange juice
1 quart soda water
fruits sliced
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients, add chilled champagne just before serving, serve in any lowball glass.

Malibu Rum or plain vodka or vodka that has the flavour of the punch
mix vodka and gin together with the punch........then you got some JUNGLE JUICE! Yummm........have fun!
i'd go with gin and what would equal a glass full if it's a large punch bowl. i vote gin because i mix it with apple juice, and it doesn't smell a whole lot.
but i'd also advise you to at least let the friend throwing the party know in advance, you may think it'd be fun, but if something goes wrong they are the responsible one as it's their house or party. not only that but he/she could be against the idea in general, respect your friend first.
