Wine! red or white?!

Question: first thought - it depends on my mood and whim. i like both for very different reasons. but if I had to absolutely pick just one, then red. a bad red wine is so infinitely better than a bad white. plus most of the food that I cook, lends itself better to red.

I like both, but red is more versatile. And it tastes good at room temperature. I hate warm white wine.

And blush (rose) is great, too.

oh..i prefer white wine..the white is perfect with fish..the red one is indiceted with pasta and all kind of meat..i suggest to you italian wine..do you agree with me?
