Answers: I live in a house that I rent, I slipped and poked a hole in the wall, and some idiot had hid a bottle of wine in the wall, and it left a circular bruise on my elbow. Do you think that I could sue? I am going to steal the guy's wine at least. I live in Kingston, Ontario, Canada

Why would you sue? It was you clumsiness that caused the accident. If anything, the Landlord should sue you for damaging his house.
well you cant sure. unless it was something your landlord didnt take care of for you slipping, but more than likely it was your fault. sorry bout the elbow tho. hell id drink the wine to. what kind is it?
