Is it Legal for a minor to buy NA Beer?!

Question:

Is it Legal for a minor to buy NA Beer?

in California?

Answers:
The best way to find out whether you can buy non-alcoholic beer is to go to a grocery store and try. Don't worry, you're not going to get arrested or anything. They'll ask you for your ID if it required, and when they see you're underage (or don't have and ID at all), the worst they can do is say "no."

Sometimes laws make no sense. I remember being carded when I tried to buy malt soda (because it has point zero zero something percent alchohol), yet I never get carded when trying to buy mouthwash or cough syrup.

Yes.

I had one idiot storekeeper get twisted all out of shape just after my q-bypass when my grand-daughter packed my 24pack to the counter.
" I mean freaked out" He must have been a muslim.
Two major offenses a girl and alcohol
Definitely Arab.
I believe the answer yes ...minor may not.
Reason "NAME" beer and 1/100 alcohol.

not sure about CA
but here in CO -- no
n/a is NOT n/a
it still contain enoungh (though very little) alcohol
considered illegal for sale to minors

I'm afraid that in SC and GA the answer is resoundingly "NO!" I'm not sure about any other states.

No, most N/a beers have between .3 and .5% abv

I know that this is the case for Wisconsin, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Montana, Nebraska, and Texas

I would not be surprised if it was not legal anywhere, cause the fed government enjoys very much telling those adults 18-20 years old what they can and cannot put into their bodies

Dunno about in CA, but you can do it here in FL

Although it is a non alcoholic beverage it will clearly state on the can Contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.Go figure
