Do you prefer white or brown liquor?!

Question: and why? I'm just taking a little poll because I'm taking a break between my pre calculus homework thank you?

I couldn't dream of not having both.

I'm a rum fanatic, so I have like, at least six different rums in my bar at all times. At least one light and dark 2 yr (usually Cruzan), Bacardi 151, bacardi white for the rum and coke folk, (cause it tastes like lighter fluid, no matter what), peach and black cherry rum, (bacardi, cruzan respectively) and a blackstrap/dark rum (meyers, black seal, etc).

Part of it is the appearance of the final drink.. really dark liquors mix better with colas, or in dark glasses (tiki mugs, coffee cups) while lighter ones aren't as heavy tasting (less caramel, usually) and look better in a drink with color (pink mai-tai, blue hawaii, etc).

But, I prefer, personally, at least _some_ color and body to my drinks.

just all depends what you mix it with.

what liquor be more specific?

what come to my mind is Creme de Cacao since it has two varieties. Clear and Brown

Thus I would have to say I prefer Dark Creme de Cacao since the color gives more note to a cocktail. But it all depends what you mix it with and what color you want to achieve.

_________
Thats the only liquor that I can think comes in White (Clear) and Brown (Dark)

Then you'll have Crme de Menthe.. in Clear and Green
or Curacao in Clear, Orange or Blue

________
Good luck in calculus

well there are pro's and cons to each; clear liquors are generally universally mixable, aswell; clear liquors are less likely to give you a hang over than darker liquors.
but in my own preference, amber coloured liquors, such as aged whiskeys have very complex flavours and are my personal favourite.

vodka has less congeners but a decent malt whisky is worth drinking - neat, without ice or mixers.

It is more of a golden amber, and that is what i will take

basically whiskey over vodka

i prefer drinking clear spirits, since the hangover tends to be less severe the next day.

While i love whiskey and rum, they tend to leave a nasty headache!

i like white. brown liquor knocks you right on your *** if you cant handle it lol.
