If i have a 1 Litre bottle of red bull should i put 3 or 4 shots of Vodka in it?!
Answers: Depends if you want single or double vodka and bull. 4 would give you 4x250ml singles, 8 would give you doubles.. anywhere in between will give you varying strength. Try it out and if you think its not strong enough, add a bit more.

It seems you're trying to make a pre-mixed container of Vodka+Red Bull...
When mixing one drink at a time, you use 1 shot of vodka (1.5 oz) and 4+ oz Red Bull (1/2 of a can).
A Litre contains 33.8 oz.
That being said (after some quick math) you actually need 8.5 shots of vodka to get the same potency as a normal drink.
