I am looking for a good DRINK that I can buy other than water to replace drinking cokes.?!

Question: I am trying to get away from the sugar and all the added ingredients that are so bad in drinks. I tried the Lipton green tea with citrus and it tasted great, but then I saw it had aspertane and alot of other junk I didn't buy any anymore. Any suggetions besides plain water? I still drink water, but don't want it all the time. I want something very healthy.

I've started drinking sparkling water with a twist of lime in it, since sometimes drinking still water can be boring.

I prefer the good sparkling waters (perrier, voss) rather than selzter etc.

For a kick, it's also good with a few dashes of angostura bitters!

I don't know, all of those Snapple, life, and vitamin waters have a zillion calories. I've never tried propel maybe that is better? I'd like to know the answer too.

I like to drink unsweet ice tea with a little lemon in it. i even put lemon in my water. You could get decaf tea if you dont want caffine.

I switched to unsweetened iced tea. It tastes better than plain water, yet doesn't have all the "bad" stuff.

Add crystal light to your water bottles taste great esp the fruit punch

get a box of Emergen-C-
add a pack to bottled water for a fizzy, fruity dose of 1000mg of vitamin c.

VITAMIN WATER!! THE LEMONADE KIND IS YUMMY IF YOU LIKE TART LEMONADE!! Its really good. I'm not yelling at you. hope i helped

First off, nothing is better for your body than water. It has 0 calories, rehydrates, and is good for you digestive health. If your really looking for something else well there just isn't anything sorry to tell you. There is no healthy drink besides water. You could try tea or Propel flavored water it tastes a lot better.

my favorite ones are the Crystal Light drinks.. any flavor.. they also have them in those little packages for water bottles..

Alize

black coffee.

Well, true tea doesn't have sugar in it. Neither does coffee.

I've purchased tea from www.specialteas.com before and they were really good. That's real whole leaf tea -- best to brew it in the pot and then strain the leaves out as you pour into the cup.

I think 593 - China Emperor's Red (Black Tea) was my favorite. The Darjeelings and Assams were good too. If you want to get away from caffeine, they have some decafs, but you can also try Rooibos (African bush tea, naturally caffeine free) or you can discard the first 15 seconds of brewing (this is easier if you use a metal ball to hold the tea leaves and brew into the cup). For whatever reason, 90% of the caffeine is released in the first 15 seconds. By using new water after that time you eliminate most of the caffeine and don't affect the flavor too much because it is a high quality tea.

I don't know much about coffee, but most people can't drink it black. I have no problem with drinking my tea black, which is also the healthiest (I guess?).
