How much B vitamin is there in beer?!

Question: Beer has plenty of vitamins and minerals. If you're looking for a beer with a high concentration of vitamin B, look to unfiltered beers, as brewer's yeast has plenty of vitamin B.
Your best bet would be a Hefeweizen or German wheat beer. The beer is traditionally served one of two ways... either the yeast slurry is agitated with the last remaining drops of beer, and then added to the glass to top off, or it's poured into a seperate shot glass for a concentrated dose of vitamin B.

Cheers.

none! lol
it depletes your vitamin b

None as all beers and lagers have not got any minerals or vitamins. but if you drink a non beer or lager drink like Malt that has vitamins and minerals.

Not sure as the FDA restricts the use of nutrition labels to only things that are good for you (Like Gummi Bears). Beer is refered to as liquiud bread as it contains much the same ingrediants so you may try to relate it to that . Cheers

Jpiepenbrok is right. Yeast contains B-complex vitamins, protein, and minerals.
