covership is the little glass square that you put on the liquid solution to ger rid of the air bubbles.

It's called a coverslip , I work with them everyday. you are trying to preserve what ever tissue sample is on the slide at the time of preperation. If the tissue dries up it will most likely change the appearance of your sample.
First of all your translation or use of the word "covership" is hard to understand. So the question you are asking is being lost in translation.
