Do you know what the product sales mix of a coffee shop is?
I am looking for data regarding the product sales mix (60% of its sales are coffee 10% sales are tea, 15% of its sales are cold beverages, 15% are food products, etc.. or as specifically as you can get. I am also looking at the small sizes versus medium versus large drinks and how does the volume purchase vary between the sizes of drinks.

The numbers you are looking for are random depending on the area and customer base. If your in Arizona you will sell more cold drinks than in Colorado and if your next to a University you will sell more quick snacks than if you are in a mall. I hope this helps.
