Answers:
Wow Julia, you have absolutely gotta try this one (my favorite)

Coquito
------------------------------...

Ingredients:
1/2 L Water
15 oz Cream of coconut
12 oz evaporated Milk
14 oz Condensed milk
4 Egg yolk
2-3 sticks Cinnamon
1 L White rum
Mixing instructions:
Boil the cinnamon sticks in the water. Take the sticks out when the water is yellow and has the smell and taste of cinnamon. Add the evaporated milk, condensed milk and egg yolks and cook at low temperature. While it's cooking stir to avoid it sticking to the bottom of the pot. When it is boiling for a few minutes, add the cream of coconut and rum. Stir well and take off the burner. Let it cool and it will be ready. Keep it in the refrigerator and it will last for a very long time.

Water

Vodka tonic with lime?

It kind of depends, ANY drink could get you sick if you drink enough of it. Surprisingly, the really sweet drinks might make you feel sicker over the course of the night, than a more simple mixed drink.

Last weekend, We had a bbq and served Sidecars before. They are sweet.
One part = a shot (about 1.5 ounces)

One part brandy or Cognac
One part Cointreau or triplesec
One part lemon juice

Mix the ingredients in a shaker half full of ice. Strain and serve in a sugar-rimmed glass. Garnish with a strip of lemon rind, or put a maraschino cherry in the glass.

Personally I use a brandy and triplesec. and add less brandy (1 ounce) so that the flavor is not too strong.
Enjoy

A Bellini, which is sparkling wine and peach puree

Mineral water. If you want something pretty ask for club soda in a champagne glass with a cherry on the bottom.

Try a madras: vodka, cranberry, splash of OJ

Long Island Iced Tea. 7 different kinds of liquor, but still taste pretty good.

i'd go for a mojito- it's light, refreshing, and large enough for you to sip and not need another drink in 5 mins
