How can I memorize how many shots go in which drinks?!
I know that a CM and an Americano all are diffrent and blended drinks...
Im soo lost! Im sick of bein the little annoying newbie that has to ask "how many pumps of mocha go in a mocha frap."
Answers: Ok... Im on my 3rd week... Im on bar by myself with little to no help.

Make a spreadsheet, have it laminated, and bring it to work with you. They may even be impressed that you took the initiative and effort to do so.
the? only way to learn something is practise!? you will get the hang of it eventually! practise with something, obviously dont go making 100 different drinks that have never been ordered! Go home and make up solutions of different coloured water (food colouring) and have the recipes on hand, then practise practise practise!that's just one idea, maybe a little far fetched! You could just write the recipe down, then re-write it over and over and over again till its all you think about!both hard work but if you dont put the work in you dont get the results!good luck!
