Rum....Spiced or Not?!
Answers: Spiced Rum sounds good but I've never tried it. My husband says people usually mix it with something (Rum & Coke). Do you drink yours straight or mix it? And with what?
Rum and coke is the best.

Mix it with other "clear" liquors for a long island tea and coke. Using equal parts of each and a sweet and sour mix. Its like a marquerita mix, same color, probably on the shelf right next to it. As a matter of fact, use it instead of marguerita mix to make top shelf margueritas -- you'll thank me! YUM !

ugh, i hate spiced rum, but clear rum is good, i like bacrdi limon & sprite, it's crisp and easy to drink, ooh i also like coconut rum & pineapple juice, but i spike it with some clear bacardi cuz the proof on parrot bay is too low
A couple of my friends drink Captain Morgan and Coke. Captain's is spiced rum. I can't drink Rum and Coke any more because I got sick drinking them while sailing, and eating sour cream and onion potato chips.
Spiced rum is good especially when mixed with coke or orange juice(tends to make good fruity drinks), but personally I like Captain Morgan Select straight.
Rum & coke is a good way to try spiced rum. I wouldn't drink it straight.

captain morgan and coke! if you want it even sweeter try it with vanilla coke. i also enjoy it as straight shots.

It's got a wonderful molasses undertone to it; this is what rum should taste like.
I like to keep a bottle of each on hand..Spiced rum is great for things like nog and i use regular rum for fruit drinks.
I have to agree with Entuto Sailor Jerry's is the best it has a slight hint of cherry .I like it with cherry cola.
