What's a great drink with vodka...something light and fruity and maybe fizzy?!
Answers: I'm throwing a party and want to have a fun drink to serve...I like vodka in mixed drinks, so I was thinking of using that. Does anyone know any great drinks that I can try? I want something light, maybe citrus or peach, and I like fizzy stuff too. Any ideas? Thanks!

All of these are really good, and some are fizzy too...but if you want it to be fizzy i'd add a lemon seltzer or peach whichever flavor you want and make it a fizzy cocktail!
Absolut Pear vodka with club soda is awesome.
or Cranberry juice and plain vodka with a sprtizer of club soda for fizz is good and add a slice of lime.
cranberry juice is good, but you know that i tried some green apple slush with it before, and is was smooth and good. the best placxe to go is sonics and get you one. you will come out easy doing that.
Raspberry flavored Vodka and Pink Lemonade is nice. Also, regular Vodka and Orangina....it's a fizzy and light orange flavored drink. You can also mix Vodka with Peach and Mango juice. Now that's delicious.
I like screwdrivers. Straight vodka and orange juice!

* 2 oz. vodka
* 3 oz. orange juice
Step 1:
Stir vodka and orange juice together with ice.
Step 2:
Strain into chilled tumbler filled with ice.

Add swizzle stick.

Put 2 cups vodka, 1 cup green apple pucker and 1 cup of ice in the blender and spin it stiff. This not only is delicious, but looks great as it separates in the glass. For a little fizz add some club soda. Practice ahead of time your taste buds are probably different but this is the basics.
get smirnoff vanilla, and mix it with an orange soda like sunkist or mountain dew "livewire"..........it tastes like a creamcicle and is delicious!

Pomegranite juice with a splash of sprite is tasty
I always get a thing of carbonated fruit punch (four liters) or fruit punch (TWO LITERS) and sprite(two liters).... pour them into a punch bowl, I add 3/4 of a bottle of vanilla absolut vodka.. but i'm sure regular vodka will do. Then for the fun part... I buy a huge thing of rainbow sherbert and put it in. add a spoon to pour it....MMM delicious!!!! light, fruity, and fizzy!
also you can put one part vodka, one part apple (or any fruity flavor) schnapps ,one part soda (that is the same or similar flavor as your schnapps) I always put a slice or piece of fruit that is the same as the schnapps. fruity and fizzy
BEWARE THESE DRINKS>>>>THEY TASTE WONDERFUL BUT THERE IS ALCOHOL IN THEM! DRINK AS MANY PUNCHES AS YOU CAN HANDLE BEER, AND REMEMBER THE SCHNAPPS ONE HAS TWO SHOTS OF ALCOHOL.
fill a blender 1/2 full of ice,pour in vodka(i usually tip the bottle,count to five and thats about good) then add 2-3 scoops of stawberry icecream and pour in orange juice to top....blend till all ice chunks are gone..and enjoy!! these are absolutley a hit at every party..i line all the glasses with a sugared rim for added sweetness!!!!
Vodka tonic! Vodka with tonic water and a fresh lime squeezed into it! Fizzy, easy to make and yummy, but not too sweet!

jumex mango nectar, seltzer, lime juice, and vodka...my favorite...yummy!! i also like to make a version of a mojito with vodka: simple syrup (sugar dissolved in water), seltzer, mint, and lime juice.
Buy a large watermelon, Cut a small round hole in it and pour a 1.75LT of Vodka in it and let it sit overnight tastes great....
