They sell this everywhere from markets to liquor stores. Definitely ask maybe you just arent seeing it.

I've been searching for the same thing. Skyy Blue is different from Skyy Vodka. Skyy Blue is a malt beverage made my Skyy and another liquor company and competes with drinks like Smirnoff Ice and Barcardi Silver.
