Laws vary by state and county, so it's hard to tell since I'm not from MA.
You can get Vodka's up to 95% alcohol (Devil's Spring) and rums up to 75.5%, as in Bacardi 151 in some places.
BevMo.com carries high proof spirits, but I'm not sure if they would be able to ship to you.
Wild Turkey is 101 proof (50.5%). Bacardi makes a 151 proof. Many are available that have 100 proof.

most booze is 80 proof which is 40% alchol..............rum, gin, rye, vodka...it says so on the label..............
if you want a lot(who knows why) 151 rum..........go to the package /liquor store.also stoli 100.......
I am concerned as to why you ask this question. Many young people try to get drunker faster and end up in the emergency room with alcohol poisoning or worse wake up dead.
