I only have a few 2000 Ramonet Montrachet's left. Drink or Hold?!

Question: I just finished a 2003...it was feeling tired. I think that Ramonet has been fooled into to the trap of of pleasing the American taste. The wines are showing far too much fatness and are meager in balancing acidity. (thank you Mr. Parker)
If I were in your position, I would drink a bottle no less frequently than every 6 months unless you were sure that the structure will hold.
It's always better to have a great wine too young rather than too old.

BTW, we also had a Domaine Niellon Chassagne Montrachet "Les Chaumees" 2003...it was glorious; put the Ramonet to shame. I will be acquiring more of this producer's wines!
Cheers!

Drink it. Unless you're storing it very carefully and well it's close to or past its drinkable period anyway.

It was made to be drunken so go ahead and drink it unless you have a specific reason to hold it. As most people dont, just enjoy it...

BTW, love the hair...
