Last night my daughter gave me a hug because she knew I was nervous about cataract surgery today. She had been doing my eye drops for the past few days but I couldn't remember whether she did last night's drop. I only remembered the hug.
I normally don't talk like this but I'm so relieved to have the cataract surgery behind me and I'm feeling a bit silly.
Answers: Maybe it is actually yesterday's and you didn't really open up today's. That's what happens when we get older. We can't remember things.
