What is your BEST margarita recipe????!

Question: I know how to make a standard margarita - cuervo, triple sec and lime. However, I've tasted some really yummy margaritas with slightly different recipes or additions to the original ingredients. I'm particularly interested in hearing from bartenders!

What is your VERY, VERY best margarita recipe???

What is your VERY, VERY best margarita recipe???

Rim a 10-12 oz. glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the top and dipping th glass into the Margarita salt container. (This is optional)
Fill the glass with ice.
1.5 oz. Cuervo Orange flavored Tequila
1.5 oz. Cuervo Lime flavored Tequila
1 oz. Grand Marinier
2 oz. Sour Mix
2 oz. lime juice (fresh squeezed is best)
Splash orange juice
Cover with a plastic cup and shake vigorously. If the glass is salted make the drink in a different glass and pour into the salted glass.

You don't need a super premium tequila because the subtle tastes are drowned by the other ingredients. But use a quality tequila.

I do these for my summer parties and they are a huge hit!

1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) tequila (please use a premium one!)
1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) fresh lime juice (this means FRESH)
1/2 teaspoon superfine granulated sugar
1 pony (1-ounce) Triple Sec or Cointreau (Cointreau is high dollar but worth it!)
5 flavored ice cubes, such as watermelon, mango, or strawberry (made from pureed fruit)

Rub the rim of an old-fashioned glass with a cut lime and dip it in salt to lightly coat it. Chill the glass. In a blender, blend the ingredients, including the ice cubes, for 30 seconds. Pour into the glass.
