And I don't drink beer!


Answers:
Jogging 3 times a week would be a good start then after each jog do 3 sets of 30 crunches or sit ups. And then do elevated pushups. You will see results. Have fun. :D
Oh and if you have no motivation towards that get a friend to help you out so you dont lose intrest.

Look up 8 minutes abs on youtube. Its a nice work out session :). I need to loose my gut too but its called laziness.

work out and you dont have to stop eating alot, just replace all the bad foods with good ones.

Excercise and good eating habits. Diets are for suckers who don't really want to do anything and still lose weight temporarily. A permanent excercise routine will do you good in many other ways too. Pills can only harm your body.

I thought that you're get a beer gut from the beer, anyway.
