Yep. I wouldn't recommend using juice, though. Too much acid. You have to start with fresh fruit. Mash it up, add brewer's yeast (NOT baking yeast), cover it up in a warm, dry place, and wait. Some people add a little sugar to speed up the process.

After about six weeks, filter your concoction and bottle it. You'll know it's done fermenting when it stops foaming. Tada! Wine. Simple.

The only hard part is making it taste good. That comes with study, practice, and effort. Or you could just buy a prepackaged kit for about a hundred bucks.

You can but it might not be worth drinking. I'd suggest starting with a beginner's winemaking book. Berry has a popular one. Once you see what you need, you can assemble a proper kit. If there is a homebrew shop near where you live, that will be your best source of supplies and advice.
