Is it true that red wine is fattening?!

Question: As is the fact with anything, that contains calories, too much will make you fat.

Eat normal, and drink red wine on top, it may result in a weight gain.
Calculate calories, and keep the red wine within your limit, and it won't be fattening.

Choosing between alcoholic beverages, with calories in mind, I'd avoid beer and hard liquor before wine.
Best calories-counters wine, by the way, is Champagne .. so give yourself the VIP-treatment ! :D
