Keep the rail where you make the drinks wet (just let the ice that doesn't make it in the glass melt to form a puddle), put the drinks in front of the customer, but not on the napkin or coaster (they'll do that after they take a sip) and it will make a little wet ring or puddle. When you give the change (you'll always want to give a lot of singles) fan the money out and place it in the puddle. The customer won't want to pick up all the wet bills, so they're more likely to leave you a couple bucks instead of just one.
Also remember to stock your tip jar with some five, ten and twenty dollar bills so people think you got big tips and they'll look cheap if they don't give you bigger bills. Make up a little sign that says "Tipping is not a city in China" and put it on your tip jar. Good luck!
