if you were taken to jail...then you will have a record , and will have to go to court.
i am not sure but this day and age its hard to get rid of it get lawyer and find out that is only way to clean it up everything cost when youa re trying to drink and be stupid. i know its not smart but you have choices and now you have to find the best one and stay clean take care.
