Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill

The best wine I ever had is a 2001 Beauleau Vineyards Tapestry (bordeaux type blend). I have one bottle left in my cellar and I think it'll be there for awhile as I will be sad when the final glass is gone. It was very good. It's not cheap but it's mind blowingly delicious.

A close second is a Brunello di Montalcino I received for my birthday this past year. It was delightful and very expensive but oooh so worth it - especially since it was a gift! The maker is Tenuta il Poggione.

This year, Bella Rosa won a gold medal and was nominated for Best of Show at the 24th Annual San Diego Wine Competition. At the winery on the Chautauqua-Lake Erie Wine Trail, visitors are encouraged to tour their facility and the vineyards and enjoy a glass of wine in the on-site Hospitality Room. Merritt Estate is open all year offering free tours and tasting. For more information, visit www.merrittestatewinery.com.

BTW: if you visit and get charged up, I'll be near by ;-)

Honestly, I love Church wine. I want to ask what kind of wine they use, but I feel it would be disrespectful, so I don't. When I buy red wines, I always hope I'm going to stumble upon it!
