Looking for a good, mild Cigar?!

Question: I wouldn't call myself a cigar specialist, but I'm not a rookie either. I smoke 4 or 5 a year, and only buy the good stuff (haven't done the swisher sweets or black n mild thing since college).

Since I smoke so few, I really want to be selective in what I try. I really like the milder cigars, no more than medium, and like a very smoothe and light smoking experience. I'm man enough to admit the really robust ones are too much for me.

Can you guys give me your choices of cigars that fit in this category? Once again, I'm looking for a smoothe easy draw, and something that will provide a peaceful buzz and not kick me on my butt.

Thanks

Try the CAO line. They have several options to chose from, but from what you described as your taste you might want to try their :Italia" or "CAO GOLD". very nice and smooth both.

CAO makes a "Saprano" it goes for about 15 to 20, and is excellent, its a blended tabacco and very very smooth. Treat yourself to it, The name is too much of a ghemic, but its quality.

Here are some others:
1. Rocky Patel: Anything with a Connecticut wrapper.
2. Onyx: 95 reserve: Maduro wrapped, but mild/smooth
3. Macauda (??) I usually do not like there stuff, to mild for my taste, which is both to peppery. You might like these.
4. Romeo de Juliette: All light connecticut wrpped cigars are usually buttery.

Steer Clear:
Rocky Patel : "The edge" Hard core
Cohiba: Usually very bold.
Punch: Mostly bold cigars

"Good" and "cigar" in the same sentence is an oxymoron.

cohibas aren't bad and not too pricey

Try Bolivar. It is a cuban cigar and it has a sensational sweet and smooth taste.

My favorite mild smoke is a Montecristo white hands down. Here are a couple more Saint Luis Rey, Royal Jamacia, Troya. Hope this helps and enjoy.

Any of the Macanudo lines - even the "Robust" frontmark is no more than medium bodied.

Por Larranaga (D.R. version - Honduran is much bolder)
Butera Royal Vintage
Ashton
Cusano 18
Perdomo Lot 23
Perdomo Reserve Champagne
AVO/AVO XO

All of thye above are on the milder side with a lot of creamy flavors....
