What are the best good charcoal briquets for a BBQ?!

Question:

What are the best good charcoal briquets for a BBQ?

Answers:
We've gotten good results over the years with Kingsford charcoal. You may also find the grilling tips at charcoalbob.com helpful as well. They will tell you how to build the fire and give you instructions for how to grill things like steak, pork chops, boneless chicken breasts and burgers.

I like the Match Light Mesquite ones.

Why Kingsford of course... Available at any WalMart, Walgreens, etc. Or any grocery store near you! Regular or self starting!

the black ones

The best briquets I've bothered with are Kingsford. Don't get the 'match-light' (or use charcoal lighter) unless you like your food faintly tasting of petroleum products. Buy a $10 chimney starter instead.

The real answer, though, is that the best charcoal is lump hardwood charcoal, not briquets.

KINGSFORD OF COURSE
