Disadvantages of drinking coffee?

Caffiene is a stimulant so it can give you insomnia.
Coffee will stain your teeth if you drink a lot of it.
It is also usually associated with biscuits, cake etc. so it can lead to snacking and consequent weight gain.
It's a diuretic which can help if you're retaining water, but can cause dehydration with resulting headaches, irritability etc.
Drinking coffee right after sports will make your sore muscles worse as it increases production of lactic acid in the bloodstream.

contains caffeine so it effects sleeping patterns, and is a diaretic which makes you lose fluid causing dehydration.

but...it tastes lovely! so its worth the occassional sacrifice i think :)

You can burn yourself if you're not careful and it keeps you awake if you drink it late on!

You have to wait for the kettle to boil.But i just found it is even better with Tesco Organic milk.

people who drink it get stained teeth and also it causes terrible bad breath not nice:)
